The Four Season Residences on the south west coast of Mahé
are hilltop properties harmoniously intergrated within lush tropical
landscapes with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and a perfect
beach and bay below.
The design by renowned Balinese architecht Yew Kuan
allows the villas and properties to uniquely differ from one another.

infinity pool while another may have a natural waterfall running
down steep rock formations.

Buying and developing an empty plot of land in Seychelles
A handfull of independent estate agents offer a range
of properties from complete homes to undeveloped plots of land.
One such company is Realty Seychelles, whose portfolio includes a variety
of individual and unique properties on the islands of Mahé, La Digue and Praslin.
Amongst their offerings is a sun, sea and seclusion spot at
Pointe Zanguilles on the north coast of Praslin, overlooking crystal
clear waters, with over 500 metres of sea frontage
and a sheltered bay throughout the year.
When considering the superb views of the surrounding islands and bays,
including the famous Curieuse Island Nature Reserve, you may
ask yourself, could this be the perfect location to build an authentic Creole
house? Why not restore the old lighthouse and turn it into an
attraction....
Flatland is increasingly becoming scarce and expensive while cheaper steep
land bears additional costs, such as the blasting of granite boulders,
building retaining walls as well as access roads. When good properties
come to the market they tend to be sold very quickly. The buyer must
therefore be patient and rapid in his decision making process.
