Seychelles, 1 April 2006:
The newly refurbished Northolme Hotel which has just been reopened in
December last year will now be managed by the international hotel chain
Hilton. The shift in management is supposed to take place as from 1st April
2006. The Northolme Hotel had been closed for almost a year and a half
to be refurbished and upgraded to a five star resort.
The Northolme is completely rebuilt from the ground up, surrounded by lush
tropical foliage including coconut palm, mango, flamboyant and cannonball
trees, and large granite boulders, a hallmark of the Seychelles.
All private villas offer spectacular views of the Indian Ocean, nearby
Silhouette and North Islands, and magnificent sunsets.
One can experience a wide range of massages, body wraps and facial
treatment being offered at the The Duniye Spa.
Buffet style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the
Hilltop Restaurant, the main open air dining room.
The Northolme retains its old world Seychellois friendliness and charm,
enhanced by its excellent service and casual elegance.
